Lapis Tiger Eye Mosaic and Mineral Colour

Onda is built around the contrast of blue lapis, pale iridescent Mother of Pearl and the warm golden-brown flashes of Tiger Eye. The visible field moves through cool aqua, cobalt and mineral-flecked blues, interrupted by small light and amber accents. Rather than relying on applied colour, the composition gains its palette from the materials themselves.

The wave structure places Onda within a family of related designs. Lapis Mare Wave Mosaic explores two tones of lapis separated by Mother of Pearl, while Lapis and Mother of Pearl Wave Mosaic uses more pronounced pale bands. Mesh, Interlocking Sections and Wet-Area Planning

The flexible mesh and interlocking sections allow the pattern to continue across a larger field without a hard stop between sheets. Before specification, establish the overall direction of the waves and review how the repeat meets corners, edges, drains and changes of plane.

Bathrooms and swimming pools are listed applications for Onda. In wet installations, the mosaic should be considered as part of the complete build-up, including the substrate, waterproofing, adhesive, grout, movement joints and water-treatment regime. Samples are valuable because lapis, Mother of Pearl and Tiger Eye each respond differently to direct, diffuse and underwater light.
