Desert Rhythm is created on natural sandstone , where pigment settles softly into the porous surface, producing depth, warmth and subtle tonal variation. The result is decorative stone that feels alive, layered and textural.

This composition builds movement through repeated concentric circles and flowing arc formations, arranged in horizontal bands that suggest landscape, water and celestial rhythm. Warm terracotta reds, burnt orange, charcoal and soft cream pigments are carefully applied by hand, dot by dot, creating a surface rich in vibration and pattern.

Unlike printed decoration, each tile carries slight variation, reinforcing its handcrafted nature. The sandstone beneath gently absorbs the paint, muting the colours and giving the piece a time-softened, mineral quality.
