This crackled abalone shell tile is made from sliced, crazy-cut shell fragments that are crackled, inlaid on a substrate with adhesive and ground to a glossy finish. Natural grout sits between the irregular pieces, allowing the broken geometry and silver-grey iridescence of the shell to remain the main visual feature.
