The design is available in different stone combinations. Its scrolling, mirrored structure draws on the floral and geometric vocabulary associated with Ottoman ornament, with the coloured elements created through stone inlay rather than surface decoration.

The visible composition balances paired green leaf or bird-like forms with pale yellow flowers and fine connecting lines. Against the white ground, the serpentine tones remain crisp but not heavy, giving the repeat enough contrast to be read across a larger area.
