Deco Gold Mosaic is a metallic glass mosaic with a raised envelope design, giving each tessera a faceted, light-catching surface. Made from 3cm square tesserae, the tiles gently undulate across the field, catching and reflecting light with a warm honey-gold brilliance. These glass metallic tiles are fused with pure gold and platinum, giving the surface a depth and luminosity that cannot be achieved by a simple metallic coating.
This Deco Gold Mosaic is created by fusing pure gold and platinum between layers of transparent and coloured glass by artisans of Murano. Each tessera is individually moulded into an elegant criss-cross or envelope form, so the surface behaves almost like a field of small gilded pyramids. The raised geometry creates highlights and shadows across the grid, allowing the gold to feel animated as the light changes.
The original collection is available in three metallic colourways, ranging from honey gold to a coppery chocolate tone. In this gold version, the appeal lies in the balance between precious material and controlled repetition. The 3cm format gives the Deco Gold Mosaic a clear modular rhythm, while the moulded relief softens the grid and adds depth. It is particularly useful where a project needs sheen, warmth and pattern without relying on figurative ornament.
Deco Glass Mosaic in Gold can be used for interior walling, bathrooms, restaurant surfaces, swimming pool areas, commercial interiors and decorative tile installations, subject to specification and installation guidance. It is well suited to bars, spa details, feature panels, niches and other surfaces where reflected light is part of the design.
