Blush Tide – Triangle Inlay Cement Tile

This blush triangle cement tile uses a dusty rose field with small pale pieces arranged in a drifting wave repeat, creating a surface that is graphic, playful and quietly tactile. Blush Tide is cast from coloured concrete using mineral pigments to achieve a matte, softened pink with natural tonal movement.

Across the surface, pale triangles are inlaid into the cement body, forming scalloped bands that read like waves or fish-scale currents depending on orientation. The contrast is crisp but not loud: warm pink mineral ground, clean light inlay and a pattern that feels rhythmic rather than rigid. Use it as a full field for floors or walls, or as a feature panel in bathrooms, entrance halls, splashbacks and stair landings.

As with hand-crafted cement tiles, slight shifts in tone and surface character add depth once installed. A soft white, warm grey or pale stone grout will keep the pattern clear without over-outlining each tile.

Blush Triangle Cement Tile and Directional Repeat

Orientation is part of the design. Rotating the modules changes how the scalloped bands travel, so the same blush triangle cement tile can read as ripples, scales or a more abstract current. Ash Confetti offers a more dispersed use of small pale inlays, while Sunburst Corner is designed to control direction at the edge of a composition. For larger continuous surfaces, Stencilled, Painted Stone & Marble also includes decorative approaches to poured concrete.

Setting Out Waves and Edges

Prepare a dry layout large enough to read several bands before fixing. Decide where the wave direction should begin and finish, especially at thresholds, basins and feature-wall edges. The product page lists an antiqued finish. Confirm grout, sealing, substrate, joint width, slip requirements and warm-climate exterior suitability before installation, and approve colour variation through samples.
