Fresh bamboo poles are sun-dried, pest-treated and crushed to reveal their fine linear texture. The fibres are arranged in alternating horizontal and vertical blocks, echoing woven wall constructions once used in native dwellings, then fixed to a substrate using adhesive and mechanical fastening.
A natural-toned grout is applied before the surface is ground smooth, creating a seamless finish that enhances the warmth of the bamboo rather than contrasting it. The result is a refined, textural panel that balances craftsmanship with architectural precision.
Supplied in its natural tone, the surface can also be stained or dyed to achieve bespoke colourways.
