This panel is composed from small square stone set into a warm cream field, laid with subtle irregularity so it feels hand-set and gently timeworn. Two stylised fish sit at the centre, drawn in cool green-grey stones with darker line accents that define the bodies and fins without heavy contrast.
Below, repeating wave bands roll across the lower half in stacked arcs, built from the same sea-toned palette. The waves introduce movement and rhythm, while the pale ground keeps the overall feel light and architectural rather than busy.
A decorative border band runs along the top, formed from small in dusty taupes and deep charcoals, adding structure and a clear Roman reference. Ideal as a feature insert in bathrooms, shower walls, poolsides, or as a framed tableau within larger stone schemes.
