Obsidian Bloom Verre Églomisé Panel
A dramatic verre églomisé composition where pale blossoms and fine botanical linework are set against sweeping -toned gestures, combining delicate decoration with bold, calligraphic movement.

Bloom Verre Églomisé Panel is created using traditional reverse-glass techniques, with leaf and hand-painted detailing applied to the back of the glass before careful antiquing reveals depth and texture. The design juxtaposes soft floral forms - rendered in chalk whites and blush tones - with expressive dark striations that move across the panel like ink on parchment.

Fine etched lines describe petals, leaves and seed heads with remarkable precision, while the aged mirror ground is selectively distressed to create a balance between reflection and opacity. This layering gives the surface a sense of narrative and time, as though the decoration has gently emerged through the patinated glass.

Ideal for feature walls, decorative screens, panels and furniture inserts, each piece is produced to commission. Variations in , tone, distressing and motif allow the panel to range from quietly atmospheric to richly theatrical, always maintaining the luminous depth characteristic of true verre églomisé.
