This botanical stone mosaic border is a museum-quality composition, custom-made for floors, walls, panels, tableaus, borders, and fine architectural detailing. Best supplied and fitted by our own artisans for a seamless, enduring finish. Each piece in this collection is handcrafted in natural stone and marble to suit your project precisely, from statement floor fields and wall installations to framed panels, tableaus, borders, inserts, and intricate junction detailing. We work to your drawings, dimensions, colour direction, and material preferences, engineering every composition for longevity, clarity of line, and a truly museum-quality level of finish. For the most accurate result, and to protect the integrity of the work on site, these mosaics are ideally supplied and fitted by our specialist artisans, ensuring alignment, transitions, and final polishing are executed exactly as intended.
Foglio Poli develops a dense botanical frieze across a dark tessellated ground. Pale sage leaves radiate from curling stems, with coral, terracotta and ochre tips providing warm accents. Rounded fruit or berry forms gather between the leaves, while a cream triangular edging and dark zigzag band contain the composition. The palette is complex but controlled, allowing the botanical forms to remain legible at different viewing distances. Fiortetta offers another narrow decorative band with stronger red floral motifs, while Giglio in Fiore expands botanical ornament into a full field.
For a botanical stone mosaic border, map the repeat against corners, doorways and changes in plane before manufacture. Broad leaf clusters should not be clipped at a junction, and edge bands need alignment through runs. Samples should be assessed beside stone because the sage, black, cream and terracotta tones connect with other materials. The Stone & Marble Mosaics collection provides compatible fields and panels. Confirm substrate, grout, sealing and slip requirements for the final application.
