This beige stone mosaic field is a random assembly of mosaic fragments, hand cut and placed by hand. Simple and eye catching, the design shows a random field mosaic. Each stone is carefully selected, cut and then assembled by hand. The slight indentations in the mosaic field enhance the beauty of this mosaic despite its simplicity. Of particular interest is the irregular nature of the small tesserae, they sing and dance. Although randomly placed, there is much to be said about artistic licence here: no single creation will ever be the same. Only the discerning eye would pick this up, a small detail with maximum impact. Beige Stone Mosaic Field and Soft Mineral Variation

Cream, parchment and light sand tones move across the field without creating a formal repeat, while occasional darker mineral pieces act as small points of punctuation. The slightly warmer balance distinguishes it from the cleaner Field Mosaic – 5469K. For a version with more pronounced grey punctuation, Field Mosaic – 5469N provides a useful comparison. Balancing Beige, Cream and Joint Colour

A beige stone mosaic field should be assessed at more than sample-card scale because the cumulative tonal movement becomes clearer across a larger area. Lay representative sheets together and check that stronger beige or darker pieces are naturally dispersed. Grout close to the cream tesserae will soften the joint network, while a deeper tone can make the irregular hand-cut geometry more graphic. Confirm sealing, substrate, fixing and slip requirements for the intended setting, especially for floors, pools and any warm-climate exterior application.
