With a sophisticated matt finish, the collection offers a modern take on ancient Roman mosaic craft, while the almost chalky surface leaves the stone’s amber veining and mineral markings clearly visible.

The Bardo Collection is available in a variety of sizes, colours and designs, including stripes, florals and other geometric patterns. Diagonal Squares in gold is one of the warmer interpretations, with the repeated cream and ochre pieces forming a lively but controlled all-over field.

A pale grout can merge the joints into the overall field, while slightly deeper grout gives more definition to each rotated square.
