This chocolate mica tile combines a deep, smoky mineral surface with warm chocolate and bronze tonal flashes, pre-composed in an Opus-style layout within each tile. At 3 mm thick and supplied in 20 x 20 cm modules, it offers a slim decorative surface with natural depth and changing reflections.

The miniature Opus composition is already arranged within each module. Once installed, the joins become part of the larger rhythm, giving the field the character of mixed rectangular pieces without requiring each fragment to be laid separately. The Chocolate colourway moves through espresso brown, blackened earth, bronze and charcoal, while the natural lamination of mica creates subtle shifts as light and viewing angle change.

The chocolate mica tile is particularly effective where the pattern can be read across a continuous wall, panel, niche or furniture surface. Its rectangular arrangement brings order to the mineral variation without making the surface feel mechanically uniform. Sample review under the intended lighting is useful because mica can appear darker, warmer or more reflective as ambient conditions change.

Specification, Layout and Sample Review

For wall panelling, feature sections, doors, screens, furniture or gently curved niche applications, the substrate, edge treatment and module alignment should be resolved before installation. Natural tonal variation is intrinsic to mica, so samples should be assessed as part of the wider material palette rather than as a promise of exact uniformity. For higher-touch or horizontal uses, suitability should be reviewed against the intended build and project conditions.
