Pipe Dream, a blue and carmine ceramic panel, is built from an irregular brickwork of slim rectangular ceramic elements, laid in staggered courses to create rhythm and movement across the surface.

The glaze palette sits in watery sky blues, pale lilacs and chalky whites, balanced by deeper graphite blocks and sharp vertical accents in carmine, teal, ochre, and green.

The magic is in the interruptions: small metallic inserts and capsule-like nodes sit within the grid, catching light and giving the composition a jewellery-like punctuation.

The overall effect is part mural, part modular tile system, with a distinctly contemporary feel that still nods to historic craft languages of glazed brick and ornamental inlay.
