Campan Verde Rosa is a rare historic French
from the Campan valley in the Hautes-Pyrénées, one of France’s most celebrated decorative
regions. Admired for its distinctive mixture of green, rose, pink, white, burgundy and soft grey tones, it belongs to the prized Campan
family used extensively in the Palace of Versailles during the reign of Louis XIV. Campan marbles appear in grand architectural decoration, fireplaces and wall panels, with Campan Vert and Campan Grand Mélange notably used in the Queen’s Staircase at Versailles.
With its painterly movement, royal French provenance and refined natural colour, Campan Verde Rosa is especially suited to luxury interiors, statement panels, bathrooms, fireplace surrounds, furniture, decorative slabs and projects where rare marbles, historic provenance and architectural character are essential.
