A striking shell surface made from round, cross-cut “urchin” discs, revealing natural radial rings and earthy tonal variation - organic, graphic, and highly textural.

Shells are sliced into rounds and inlaid onto a substrate using adhesive, then sealed with a clear polyurethane lacquer to protect the surface and enhance the patterning. Each disc reads like a natural rosette , and together they form a cracked, geological-style field with depth and movement. Ideal for feature walls, bar fronts, cabinetry and furniture accents where you want bold material character with a durable, sealed finish.
