This diagonal terracotta border is fashioned from Yellow Leathery Terracotta with diagonal terracotta striping, set over a cement base to give the border stability and support for installation. Totally handcut and hand assembled, it has the natural variation expected from a handmade De Ferranti border. No border is the same, as the artist’s hand is vital in creating natural nuances within each interlocking piece. Thicknesses can be 1cm or 2cm or to order, as can the border widths and material combinations. All the De Ferranti borders are fully customisable.
