Neisha Crosland
Butt-Jointed Horn Mosaic Light
A dramatic horn formed from butt-jointed squares, where natural horn’s smoky depth and flame-like figuring creates a rich, shifting surface that feels both primal and quietly luxurious.

Each square is cut from horn and laid in a disciplined grid with tight butt joints, allowing the material’s natural banding and tonal movement to become the design. The palette moves through deep charcoals, warm ambers and tobacco browns, with streaks that read like brushwork or woodgrain under a high polish.

Because horn is a natural by-product material, no two pieces are identical. Variation across the field creates a living surface that changes with viewpoint and lighting, moving from near-black to translucent warmth.

Suitable for feature walls, bar fronts, cabinet and door panels, furniture inlays, and statement surfaces to special commission. Horn can also be bonded to lightweight panels, making it ideal for weight-sensitive locations such as luxury yachts and private jets.
