For a private client in Surrey, De Ferranti supplied Maidenhair from our Stencilled Limestone collection - a romantic, textile-inspired pattern designed by Rima. Selected after several showroom visits, the scheme demonstrates how stencilled stone can bring softness and detail to a bathroom while remaining practical and architectural.

Maidenhair is a stencilled limestone design reminiscent of an 18th century English damask, developed from Rima’s references to textiles and carpet motifs. Part of De Ferranti’s prêt-à-porter Stencilled Limestone range, it offers the elegance of pattern without the fragility of paper or fabric, making it ideal for refined wet-area interiors.

nFor this project, the client specified Maidenhair directly and De Ferranti produced custom sizes and bespoke detailing for the skirting and shower frieze, ensuring the pattern aligned cleanly with the room’s geometry and the overall setting-out remained calm and considered. The result is a bathroom that feels layered and decorative, but still grounded in natural stone.
