This turquoise leaf lattice tile forms a crisp repeat of pale leaf shapes across a saturated blue-green ground. Clean geometry is softened by the botanical motif, producing a patterned surface with both discipline and movement.
Paired leaves meet along a diamond grid, with fine dark junctions and small circular dots establishing a secondary rhythm through the field. The turquoise glaze gives strong colour presence, while the pale motifs keep the repeat clear. Hand-painted variation prevents the surface from feeling mechanically uniform.
Use it as a full patterned wall or frame it with plain ceramics for a more tailored composition. It is suited to splashbacks, bathrooms, feature walls, bar fronts and stair risers. Part of the Signature Series, De Ferranti’s eclectic collection of artisan-made patterned ceramics.
The full design cannot be judged from one square. A minimum four-by-four layout will reveal the diamond network, the spacing of the dots and the way the joint becomes part of the geometry. The Floral Composition Tile offers a centred turquoise medallion, while the Scallop Trellis Tile creates a more curvilinear all-over repeat.
Plan the turquoise leaf lattice tile field from the most visible axis and decide how half motifs will meet worktops, ceilings and corners. A grout close to the turquoise ground will blur the module, while pale grout creates a pronounced grid around it. Keep adjacent stone or timber visually calm so the repeat remains the principal surface. Raised-relief tiles and mouldings provide related lattice and medallion patterns with dimensional modelling, while reduction lustre glazed tiles offer a darker reflective alternative. Review several production pieces for tonal variation and confirm project suitability before specifying wet, heated or exterior locations.
