Surfaceologists since 1954
In 1954, in Verona - Italy’s marble heartland - Roberto and his brothers began cutting stone by hand. From that workshop grew Litho Project, now renowned for architectural stone fabrication of extraordinary precision.
Four decades later, in London, De Ferranti Limited emerged as curator of rare and exquisite surfaces.
From the 1990s onwards it revived forgotten techniques
- unearthed rare marbles, scagliola, opus sectile, cocciopesto - and sourced antique floors, leathers and metals for modern architecture.
Today these two houses stand as one:

Slab Sourcing, Selection & Fabrication
We operate at the source of many of the world’s finest marbles and stones, with a wide and long-standing supply network. This allows us to source according to
your budget, quality requirements, aesthetic brief, and the quantities needed for large-scale projects. From there, we can fabricate the slabs to your exact
specifications in Verona and, where required, coordinate full installation through our trusted specialist teams.
Guided quarry visits, curated slab options, digital dry-lays, and live Verona video approvals before cutting.
